Operate the UHT equipment and Alsafe tanks in accordance with the operating instructions
Prepare chemicals at the correct concentration and volume so the equipment is ready for CIP
Check the condition of the UHT equipment
Check the condition of the Alsafe tanks
Based on the production plan and the status of the semi-finished product buffer tanks, issue mixing slips to the mixing operators so they can prepare the next batch.
Store and preserve semi-finished products
Respond to emergency situations
Perform other duties as requested by management

Job Requirements
Qualifications: College or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or Food Technology
Experience: Previous experience at food processing plants is preferred
Computer skills: Not required
