Work technical shifts according to the production plan and inspect machinery and equipment hygiene each shift using the daily checklist. Handle machinery and equipment breakdowns as they arise to keep production on schedule
Carry out periodic maintenance according to the approved plan or on an ad hoc basis as required
Complete reporting, shift handovers, 5S and DMS activities on a regular basis
Carry out work related to machining, fabrication, improvement and refurbishment as required
Ensure compliance with company rules and with ISO, food safety and hygiene, occupational safety and fire prevention regulations during work

Qualifications: Vocational college degree or above in mechanical engineering (manufacturing, power), electrical and electronics engineering or automation
Experience: At least 1 year in a maintenance role; candidates with experience in the dairy industry are preferred
Knowledge: Knowledge related to mechanical engineering (manufacturing, power), electrical and electronics engineering or automation
