Take responsibility for building and controlling short, medium and long-term production plans that meet customer demand, by balancing forecasts, production capacity, inventory and operational constraints to create feasible plans with built-in contingency.
Manage the supply plan for raw materials and packaging to keep production running continuously with appropriate inventory levels, working closely with Purchasing, Warehouse and Production on the basis of BOMs, lead times and risk assessments.
Ensure delivery commitments to customers are met in order to protect the company's reputation and service quality, by controlling order intake, confirming production capacity and communicating proactively whenever plans change.
Identify and control risks in planning and supply activities in order to minimise the impact on schedules and costs, by analysing fluctuations in demand, raw materials and production capacity and developing response scenarios.
Ensure all supply planning activities comply with the ISO/FSSC systems in order to meet food safety and internal control requirements, by managing SOPs and records and coordinating internal audits with Quality Management.
Take responsibility for the accuracy and consistency of planning data in SAP in order to support effective decision-making, by standardising SAP S2P/MM processes and making more effective use of MRP.
Act as the central coordination point between Planning, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Management and Customer Service to keep information flowing smoothly, by establishing clear coordination and early-warning mechanisms.
Lead and develop the Planning & Supply team to strengthen execution capability, through clear task allocation, KPI-based evaluation and training in planning and risk management.
Continuously review bottlenecks and pain points in the planning and supply system in order to improve operational efficiency, by analysing root causes and rolling out practical improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Food Technology or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in production or supply planning, preferably in the food or OEM industry.
At least 2-3 years in a management position.
Understanding and hands-on experience of ISO/FSSC and SAP S2P/MM.
Systems thinking, resilience under pressure and strong coordination skills.
Able to build connections and resolve cross-functional issues.
